It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lottie W. (Kupiec) Kruzel (Ypsilanti, Michigan), who passed away on January 18, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Kupiec and Antonia Kupiec; her husband Bruno J. Kruzel; and her siblings, John, Bill, Joseph, Frank, Sophi, Mary, Anna and Stella.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Kruzel (Skyla), Steven Kruzel, Robert Kruzel, Michael Kruzel (Karis), Dianne Magier (Emil), Judith Dingeldey (Dennis) and Yvonne Hopp (Ron).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A rosary will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Nie Family Funeral Home, Janowiak Chapel (320 N Washington St, Ypsilanti, MI 48197). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church (410 W Cross St, Ypsilanti, MI 48197). A burial will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery (1400 N River St, Ypsilanti, MI 48198).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions in mom's memory be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (https://www.stjude.org).
