He was predeceased by: his parents, Archiebald Spragg and Kathleen Spragg. He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his son Richard Spragg (Ruth); and his grandchildren, Ross Allen Spragg, Sarah Elizabeth Spragg and Steven Davis. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
Leeon helped organize a donation drive for clothing to be sent overseas to veterans; over 125 boxes were packaged and sent.
