He was predeceased by: his mother Ida L. Rutledge. He is survived by: his father Rev. David Rutledge; his children, Julius L. Rutledge II (LaShonda) and Sharia R. Rutledge; his brothers, Willie David Rutledge (Marian) and David E. Rutledge; his grandchildren, Julius L. Rutledge III, Jailen, Jamyiha, Jamarcus, Christopher Greer, Jr. and Jakhia Dowery; and his great grandchild Nova. He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
