He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Mack; his children, Gene Mack (Christine), Jessica Martyn, Lindsey Ensley (Richard) and Meredith Grzyb (Andy); his siblings, Jean McCool, Judith Emmons (Tom) and Jack Mack (Debbie); his parents-in-law, Robert Fish and Patricia Fish; and his grandchildren, David, Andrew, Luke Mack, Julyette, Kensey Martyn, Sam Ensley and Grzyb. He is also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law and many beloved nieces and nephews.
