He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Crooks and Helen K. [Henry] Crooks; his siblings, Judy Crooks Songer and Richard Crooks; and also Douglas Fuller.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Dorothy Campbell Crooks; and his nieces and nephews, Laura Perkins (Timothy), Douglas Crooks (Kim), Brenda Fleming (David), Becky Nesbit (Michael), Barbara Dempster (Ronald) and Steven Songer (Christy). He is also survived by Fourteen great-nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (205 Jefferson St, Brookville, PA 15825).
