He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gene Rook and Janet Rook (Bayne); his wife Cathy Winters; his children, Allison Rook and Garrison Rook (Desiree); his stepchildren, Samantha Winters and Michael Winters; his siblings, Terri Rook (Rick Heiney) and Michael Rook; and his niece Stephanie Margherio (Nick).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or the Alzheimer's Association.
