He is survived by: his children, Jerry Ratliff, Bryan Ratliff, Gloria Anderson and Wendell Ratliff (Amanda); his sister Dorothy Ratliff; and his grandchildren, Josh Ratliff, Justin Ratliff, Lisa Ratliff, Veronica Ratliff, Bryan Ratliff, Dakota Anderson, Elie Anderson, Breanna Anderson, Reece Anderson, Phoenix Ratliff and Patience Ratliff. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
