She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Fielder and Florence Fielder (Gredus); her siblings, Herbert Fielder and Nancy Fryman; and her son Craig Cook Sr..
She is survived by: her husband Clayton A. Cook Sr.; her children, Clayton A. Cook Jr. (Cricket) of Ypsilanti, Laurie Sisson (Brian) of Florida, Dena Kercher (Jeff) of Cadillac, Amy Kemperman (Rick) of Ypsilanti and Steve Cook (Monika) of Brooklyn, MI; and her sisters, Mildred Bennett of Ypsilanti and Norma Bastian of Blissfield. She is also survived by 11 loving grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
