He was predeceased by: his father Monte Gene Grubaugh. He is survived by: his mother Karen Ruth Grubaugh (Denike); his children, Samantha Williams (Derek Ramey), Christopher Vaughn and Nicholas Vaughn; and his siblings, Catherine Perry (Donald), Monte Gene Grubaugh II (Deanna) and Mick Russel. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
