He was predeceased by: his parents, James Smith and Lola Smith (Ward); and his siblings, Shirley Hatmaker (George) and Henry Smith (Brenda). He is survived by: his daughter Sherri Smith-Degiuli (Paolo); his grandchildren, Samantha Cathryn Degiuli and Lukas Earl Degiuli; his sister-in-law Debbie Campbell; and his nieces and nephews, Amanda, Dean, Joe, Julie, Lance, Tammy and Terri. He is also survived by many loving relatives and friends.
