He is survived by: his children, Connie Devlin and Steven Devlin (Ofelia); his grandchildren, Norma Freymuth (Carl), Delma Sherman (John) and Elizabeth Devlin; and his siblings, Thomas Devlin (Mary), Leonard Devlin (Rose Marie), Janet Karvel and Sharon Hayner (Del). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
