He was predeceased by: his wife Michelle Lynn Sikes (Kapek). He is survived by: his mother Cheryl Ann Sikes (Parker) of Belleville, MI; his daughter Chelsea Sikes; his granddaughter Aliea Christine Frazier of Ypsilanti, MI; his daughter Khadejah Moore of Plymouth, MI; his sister Courtney Sikes of Dearborn Heights, MI; his father David Sikes, Sr. (Debbie) of Madison; his brother-in-law Chris Kapek (Sandy) of Boone; his nieces and nephews, Ava Sikes of Dearborn Heights, MI, Matthew, Ryan, Alanna, Jacob and Lilliana Mae Kapek; and his pets, Karma and Fa Zhou. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Huron Valley and would be appreciated.
