He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Rowe and Frances Rowe (Barron); and his brother Frederick Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lynn Burnette; his children, Jared Rowe (Tonya), Jaime Smith (Kevin) and Jenny Diehl (Matthew); his grandchildren, Edward, Jacob, DeVaun, Alexander, Gwendolyn, Elliott, Kelsey, Hanna, Elena, Adeline, Madison, MacKenzie, Chase and Paris; and his sisters, Yvonne Warner (Doug) and Gail Amey.

Contributions in his memory may be made to his family.
