He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Rebecca (Schuder) and Hibbard Jewett Mack; and his siblings, James, Thomas, Ethel, Donald, Robert, Margaret and Edith.
He is survived by: his niece Rosemary Mack. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
