He is survived by: his wife Carol Collins; his children, Belinda Styron, Charles Dale Collins, Charly Marie Ableson, Wendy Martin, Ron Flaga and Thomas Flaga; and his siblings, Nancy Dedrick (Dennis), Charlotte Gayle Creech (William), Carolyn McLaughlin, Randall Collins (Carla), Tobey Dale Collins and Vivian Collins. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
