She was predeceased by: her parents, Tobe Sanders and Cora Lee Sanders (Blaine); her husband Bill Adkins; her siblings, James Robert Sanders, Billy Sanders, Lou Frada and Kathy Mogalinski; and her great grandchild Christopher.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Sanders Sr. (Jenny) and Donna Evans; her adoptive daughter Nicole Hayes; her grandchildren, Michael Jr., Sierra, April, LeRoy, Kyle, Destiny, Amelia, Eva and Becca; her great grandchildren, Aaliyah, Mia, Dominic and Amir; and her siblings, Brenda Wilcox (Sonny), Sandra Brandan (Luke), Albert Hart, Linda Frada, Cindy Frada and Michael Frada. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
