She is survived by: her husband Chad; her mother Sharon Germany; her uncle Fred; her aunt Maryann Thompson; her cousins, Amber (Dan), Ashley, Mia (Angel) and Cheyenne; her parents-in-law, Rick and Karen Foltz; her siblings-in-law, Todd (Julie) and Tracy (Josh); and her stepchildren, Alex, Samuel and Katelyn.
