He is survived by: his partner Billie Watters; his son Derick Sean Philips; his grandchildren, Sean, Peyton and Jersi; his sister Nancy; and his stepchildren, Wendy Lee, Randy Hatch, James Watters, Ronald Watters and Gary Watters. He is also survived by many step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
