She is survived by: her husband Gerald Kosek; and her children, Donna Hall of Sandusky, Tony (Roxanne Glass), Debbie (Jim Fairchild), Mike Kosek of Melvin, Barbara Kosek of Melvin, Dave Kosek (Daniel) of Capac and Tracy Kosek of Croswell. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
