With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Edward Staley (Yale, Michigan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 10, 2024 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jr. Staley and Elizabeth Staley (Sanch); his son Robert S. Staley; his former wife Sherry Zibble; and his sister Barbara Arbuckle.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Delgado; his children, Elizabeth Valcore (Arthur) of Yale, Deborah White (Sidney) of Jeddo, Patricia Geary (Ryan) of Chattanooga, TN and Andrew Staley of Kenockee Township; and his siblings, William Staley (Tena), Leo Staley (Joanna), Richard Staley (Penny), Michael Staley (Debbie), John Staley, Cheryl Kelly (Tim), Donald Staley and Ann Voss (David).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the Kaatz Funeral Directors - Yale (10 S Main St, Yale, MI 48097). A rosary was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (310 N Main St, Yale, MI 48097).
