With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Larry Roger Dougherty of Yale, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 20, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Larry Roger may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Larry Roger touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Dougherty and Carrie Dougherty (Dollie); and his brother Roy Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Roger and May; his wife Mary Laur; his daughters, Stephanie Ward (Tom) and Bobbie Dougherty; his grandchildren, Samantha Brichta (Mike) and Eric Ward; and his great grandchild Soren.
