He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Catherine Thompson (Jody) of Frankfort, KY and Jason (Billye) of Glenpool, OK; and his stepchildren, Lisa McKnight (Bill), Dynnette Porter, Eric Walters (Krista) and Christopher Boling. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
