He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Kettlewell and Evelyn Kettlewell (Schmidt); his brothers, Wayne and Dale Kettlewell; his siblings-in-law, Robert Maley, Paul Winkler and Dianne Kettlewell; his parents-in-law, Donald and Edna Winkler; and his pets, Dorsey and Lucky.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Winkler; his siblings, Stan (Jo), Deon Maley and Gary Kettlewell; and his siblings-in-law, Roberta Kettlewell, Jerry Winkler (Judy), Barb Davis (Tony), Susan Manthei (Dale), Marilyn Dutkavich (Vern), Patty Dziak (Chet), Pam Winkler and Jeff Winkler.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to "Wishes of the Family".
