She is survived by: her parents, Jim Krotak and Brenda Krotak (Witkowski); her children, Mia Krotak, Eve Dixon, Ari Dixon and Ever Dixon; her siblings, Jason Krotak (Shannon), Brandon Krotak (Jessica), Ryan Krotak and Kyle Krotak (Amanda); her nieces and nephews, Tevin, Julius, Nya, Fione and Alaric; and her pet Bruno. She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
