He is survived by: his wife Emily Harshman; his children, Arthur, Beth Valcore, Dawn and Chad Rector; his grandchildren, Abigail, Alysha, Arthur Jr., Charles Valcore, Zachary and Ryan Rector; his great grandchild Dewey McKim; and his brother Harry Valcore. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
