He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas VanDuinen and Rosemary VanDuinen; and his sister Phyllis VanDuinen. He is survived by: his daughter Taylor (Deven Dahlberg); his siblings, Charles VanDuinen and Melonie VanDuinen; and his friends, Shannon and Greg Veenstra. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
