He is survived by: his sons, Richard Lee Straight II (Laura) and Ronald Lee Straight (Nina Cardosa); his son-in-law Kenneth Blouw; his grandchildren, Richard Lee Straight III (Nely), Roger Lee Straight, Julia Mae Coffman, Mason Straight, Kenney Blouw and Konner Blouw; and his great grandchildren, Robin, Autumn, Austin Straight, Rhea, Blake, Gabby, Bella, Madison, Bo Straight, Kendralee Bailey (Christian), Jeremy Stearns, Kam Blouw and Alan Blouw.
