He is survived by: his children, Lyle Fales (Penny), Steve Fales (Lisa) and Robin DeYoung (Jeff); his grandchildren, Jacob Fales, Bradley Fales (Sally), Holly Specht, Samantha Willis (Will), Justin Fales (Lauren), Cole Fales (Michelle), Josh DeYoung (Beth) and Andrew DeYoung; and his great grandchildren, Kallie Fales, Karsten Fales, Ruby Fales and Liam DeYoung. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
