He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Slusarczyk and Eleanore Slusarczyk; and his siblings, Gary and Pamela. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his daughters, Rachel (Jim Duignan), Mary (Keith Jenkins), Anna (John Fuller III) and Alison (David Grochowalski III); and his brothers-in-law, Tim, John and Ron (Grub). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
