He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sausser and Kathy Sausser; his sister Patty DeHaas; his niece Ann DeHaas; and his nephew Stephen DeHaas.
He is survived by: his wife Renae; his brother Robert (Linda Sausser, family: Jonathan, Kristin Sausser, Joseph Sausser, Katelyn Achatz, Jason, Lindsey Groves Sausser); and his siblings-in-law, Ron DeHaas, Ed (family: Galen, Livija Boerema, Juliana, Katherine, Elena, Meredith, Geneva, Isaac, Leah Boerema, Marike, Andrew Mericle, Jurgen Boerema, Kiam, Courtney Boerema, Dennis Boerema, Barb, Dan Sanders, Jeremy Sanders, David, Karen Perez, Matthew Sanders, Kristin, David Anderson, Jared, Kate Sanders, Mark, Kalen Sanders) and Nelly Boerema.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (4145 Chicago Dr SW, Grandville, MI 49418). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Calvary Christian Reformed Church (3500 Byron Center Ave SW, Wyoming, MI 49519).
