She was predeceased by: her parents, C. L. VandenBurg and Esther VandenBurg (Stone); her husband William Vandenburg; her grandson Mitchell Vandenburg; and her stepgreat-grandson Matthew Logan Halla.
She is survived by: her children, Alan (Patti Vandenburg), Genell (Jim Halla), Linda (Mark Fadel), Sandra (Dean Ter Haar), Perry (Heidi Vandenburg) and Judy (Tim Ter Haar); her sister Genevieve Elsner; and her siblings-in-law, Henry, Pat Vandenburg, Darlene Droog, Ione, Dennis Huber and Barbara Vandenburg. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren.
