Jack Smit Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Smit of Wyoming, Michigan, who passed away on November 2, 2024, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Jacob Smit. He is survived by: his daughters, Jackie Pittman and Myessa Smit; his grandchildren, Ethan, Jared, Manuel, Violetta and Bradley; his great grandchild Arya; his mother Mary Smit; and his sisters, Marian Chertos (Nick), Linda Smit, Sandra VanderLaan (Paul) and Joyce Zimmer (Larry). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the MKD Stegenga Funeral Chapel (1601 Post Dr NE, Belmont, MI 49306).
