He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Eugene Wilson and Mariam Meekhof; and his siblings, Martha McCullum and Kenny Wilson. He is survived by: his children, Sue Inman (Jim), Bob Wilson, Tina Fuentes (Tony) and Brian Wilson; his grandchildren, Jordan Wilson, Anthony Wilson, Alena Wilson, Tianna Patterson, Joey Wilson, Shelby Wilson, Macy Inman, Damarcus Sanders, Katy Inman, Avantae Sanders and Kamari Sanders; his great grandchildren, Dakai, Damir and Davani Dixon; and his sisters, Carolyn Bosowski (Joe), Laura Cox, Deb Wilson and Deb Randazzo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
A burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens (2894 Patterson Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49512). A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Eastern Avenue Hall (506 Eastern Ave NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49503).
