Douglas Miedema Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Douglas Miedema of Wyoming, Michigan, who passed away on December 30, 2024 at the age of 66. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Douglas Miedema to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his mother Janice; and his brother Daniel Miedema. He is survived by: his wife Tammy; his children, Samantha Samuels (Mike) and Justin Miedema (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Presley, Isla, Stevie, Corbin and Eli; his father Donald Miedema; and his siblings, Scott Miedema and Debra Rottschafer.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (4145 Chicago Dr SW, Grandville, MI 49418). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
