He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Cummings and Kittie Cummings; and his siblings, Betty, Dorothy, Marion, Jack, Jean, Joy and Paul.
He is survived by: his wife Haeng Cha Cummings (Angie); his daughter Tammy; his son-in-law David Allan; his grandchildren, Allister and Isla; and his sister Kathleen Schoen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (4145 Chicago Dr SW, Grandville, MI 49418). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the Kent County Veterans Honor Guard.
