He was predeceased by: his daughter Jennifer Piwok; his brother James Piwok; and his parents, Walter and Genevieve. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his daughter Lori Piwok (Bill Martin); his grandchildren, Cierra and Caden; his sister Geri Brown (late Tom); and his sister-in-law Janice Piwok. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
