She is survived by: her children, Annelise Belchunas (Edward), John Dwornick (Bea), Gerard Dwornick (Kathi), Daniel Dwornick, Joseph Dwornick (Becky) and James Dwornick (Lois); and her siblings-in-law, Lolly Burtka, Amos Dwornick, Jerry Barnosky and Dale Brennan. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
