He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Willis and Laverne Willis; and his brother Edward Willis. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Willis; his sons, Dennis Phillips (June Vanderlinden) and Timothy Dean Willis II; his grandchildren, Seth and Charisma; and his siblings, Matthew Willis, Bernice Ybarra, Philemon Willis and Rebekah Emery. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
