He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Paula McDade; his children, Thomas McDade Jr. (Linda), Michael McDade (Kimberly), Kiven Head (Colleen), Gerald McDade (Melissa), Daniel McDade (Maureen) and Jillian McDade; and his grandchildren, Molly, Sean (Allison), Colin, Christy, Lily, Alissa, Nathan, Chloe, Finn and Kendall.

Memorial donations appreciated to the Crohns and Colitis Foundation.
