He was predeceased by: his parents, Ranzie Ashburn and Ethleen Ashburn; and his brother Kenneth Ashburn. He is survived by: his spouse Betty Sue Ashburn; his children, Yvonne Martin (Denis), Joann Hernandez and Kelly Powell (Greg); his grandchildren, Marcelina, Samantha, Monica, Brian, Stephanie, Dylan, Kelsey and Luke; his great grandchildren, Alisha, Adriana, Anthony, Alexis, Marissa, Ricky, Nicky, Julian and Wyatt; his sibling Joseph Ashburn (Marlene); and his sibling-in-law Joan Williams. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
