She is survived by: her siblings, JoAnn Tchorz (John), Robin Dobrovalski, Tammi Dobrovalski (Sherri) and Pamela D'Angelo (John); her nieces and nephews, Emily, Michelle, John, Angela, Melissa and Glenn; and her caregivers, Michelle, Tammy, Donna and Alicia.
