He was predeceased by: his wife Joanne Smith; his parents, Edwin Smith and Leona Smith; and his brothers, Edwin Smith and Donald Smith (late Joanne Smith).
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Smith (Beverly), Randon Smith (Archetta), Karen Podsaid, Dawn Aikin (Chuck), Lori Hodges (Dave) and Kimberly Parke (Sean); his sister Janet Delise; his child Sandy Podsaid Jr.; his grandchildren, Ralph, Denean, Ryan (Carol), Heidi (Steven), Christopher, Grace, Lauren (Adam), Jessica (Kevin), Devin, Joey (Jessica), Jenna, Olivia and Sierra; his great grandchildren, Tyler, Melissa, Payton, Aubrey, Chloe, Matthew, Connor, Zayden, Charlotte, Porter, Luka, Ivy, Rogan, Cadence, Forrest and Laylah; and his great great grandchild Huck. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
