He was predeceased by: his son Roger Mercer. He is survived by: his wife Norma Mercer; and his children, Rick Mercer (Jackie), Pam Skiba, Shari McCain (Jake) and Gary Mercer (Sandy). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
