He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Payne and Eula Payne (King); and his siblings, Leonard Payne (Bud) and Pamala Hammer. He is survived by: his wife Marleen Burton; his daughters, Katherine Payne and Elizabeth Payne; and his siblings-in-law, William Burton, John Burton (Sylvia), Kathleen, Stephen Curell (Riley), Robert Burton and Mary Burton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
