It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Reberta Ellen Owens (Wyandotte, Michigan), who passed away on June 13, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Miller and Rosella Richardson; and her son-in-law Richard Smigielski. She is survived by: her husband Paul Owens; her children, Melissa Smigielski, Melanie Lucas (Steve), Melvin Owens (Lori) and Paula Chinavare (Keith); her grandchildren, Michael Smigielski, Timothy Owens, Emily Wise, Adam Smigielski, Rosanne Johnson, Amy Davis, Keith Chinavare Jr., Austin Lucas, Paige Chinavare, Adeline Chinavare and Shiloh Chinavare; her siblings, Geraldine Guthrie (David) and David Richardson; and her stepfather James Richardson. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
