With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Paul Merton Showalter of Wyandotte, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 19, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Merton Showalter and Olive Showalter. He is survived by: his siblings, David Showalter (Patti) and Martha Laviolette (Wayne); his nieces and nephews, Emily Moul (Aaron) and Lauren Nichols (William); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Violet, Emmet and Alice.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Molnar Funeral Homes - Nixon Chapel (2544 Biddle Ave, Wyandotte, MI 48192).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to American Legion Post 217, Wyandotte.
