He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Tamara Welch; his children, Bridgette Welch, Zachary Welch and Tonya Johnson; his grandchild Colby Haynes; his great grandchild Skylar Holder; and his siblings, Henrietta Matt, Gloria Hutcherson (Joe), Susan Jacobs and Steve Welch.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Bethel Baptist Church (13330 Trenton Rd, Southgate, MI 48195).
