He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Winter and Doris Winter (Phillips); his uncles, Raymond, Jerry and Bob; and his aunt Joyce.

He is survived by: his wife Anna M. Rojas; his stepchildren, Jeremy, Stephanie and Kristin; and his grandchildren, Jordan, Elexis and Jason.

Memorial contributions in honor of Mark may be made to Children's Hospital of Michigan.
