She is survived by: her husband David B. Pritchett; her sister Donna M. Russell (Victor); her daughters, Terri K. Goins (Scott) and Wendy L. Carek (Jeff); her sister-in-law Shelley French; her former husband Raymond R. Olczak; her grandchildren, Joshua J., Chelsea L., Alexandra A., Dylan G., Devin J., Maxwell R., Michael S. and Nevaeh K.; and her great grandchildren, Michael J., Matthew D., Avah A., Isabella A., Xander J. and Oliver A. S..
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the National Kidney Foundation, which she supported in her life in honor of her son Mark.
