It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loretta Janet Tackett of Wyandotte, Michigan, born in Lincoln Park, Michigan, who passed away on November 4, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles McKenzie and Sephrona McKenzie (Sexton); her daughter Sandra Dixon; and her siblings, Charlotte Davis, Roger McKenzie, Ralph McKenzie and Barbra Mathis.
She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Patton (David); her grandchildren, John Roberts (Shelese), Tracey Groom, Paul Dixon (Hilary), Jenny Dixon and Casey Dixon; her great grandchildren, William Roberts, Ava Roberts, Tommy Roberts, Keira Groom, Tristan Groom, JJ Roberts, Chloe Dixon and Hailee Dixon; and her sister Betty Sue Parks.
